Calamari, with its mild flavor, is very versatile. Covered in a light panko bread
crumb highlighted with salt and pepper, the tender calamari is only seasoned
lightly to enhance the fresh flavor. It couldn’t be any easier, just bake and serve.
Baking from Frozen: Bake from frozen. Remove all
packaging before cooking. Calamari should be cooked to an
internal temperature of 165°F.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place a single layer of calamari on
baking sheet 8 to 10 minuets until golden brown.
For 16 oz. (1/2 package), bake for 12 ~15 until golden brown.
